U.S. Intellectual Property Attache' for the Western Hemisphere Visits Belize

On Thursday April 10th, 2014 and Friday April 11th, 2014, U.S. I.P. Attache' for the Western Hemisphere Michael G. Lewis visited Belize on a familiarization and awareness trip. Mr. Lewis acts as First Secretary for Intellectual Property and is based at the Embassy of the United States in Mexico City.

First Secretary Lewis met with AmCham Vice President/Treasurer Ryan Wrobel and Seaboard Marine Account Executive Jose Lopez during which time they engaged in a discussion concerning the state of Intellectual Property rights and enforcement in Belize. First Secretary Lewis thanks the meeting participants for the taking part and promised to use his best efforts to assist American businesses in Belize with the protection of their valuable intellectual property rights.
